Fried Frank Welcomes Former Goodwin Procter Attorney Amy Johnson

Amy Johnson joins Fried Frank as a Private Equity Funds Partner based out of its New York Office, providing advice to major sponsors

regarding the establishment and operation of private investment funds and other investment vehicles, including structured financing transactions. In particular, Amy counsels on matters including managed accounts/advisory agreements/compensation arrangements/spinout transactions/stakes transactions/seeding, documenting prime brokerage agreements / trading arrangements as well as ongoing matters for their funds / funds. Lawrence Barshay and Kenneth Rosh lead this practice area whilst Kate Downey leads Europe/US/UK respectively

Abigail Pickering Bomba (M&A/Private Equity, New York) provides advice to both private equity and public company clients regarding various corporate matters, including governance, defense strategy and securities laws compliance. She regularly advises investment banking firms serving as financial advisory roles for private equity clients. Abigail joined our Firm in 2003 after earning her JD with honors from Rutgers School of Law Newark.
